It allows your user to leave comments. Main types of blogs are hosted and non-hosted blogs. Hosted blogs are free service, so no need to worry about software or coding. Since it is free, you don't have total control of your blog. But Non-Hosted blogs are paid sited, so personalization and customization is possible.
